Kingston is holding a reception in honor of Mary Ellen Withrow. This event will be attended by several dignitaries and is open to the public. A video highlight package will be shown recounting Withrow’s career and swearing in 30 years earlier. Withrow will also be giving the acceptance speech she gave 30 years ago to the day for the first time in 30 years.
