Whether you have just begun this journey or have been journeying through grief for years, you are invited to come and share your experience with us. You are not alone in grief. This is a great opportunity to give and receive support from others in our community who have also experienced the loss of a spouse. Let’s find healing together.
Topics will include:
• Practical advice from others who’ve been there.
• What to expect in your grief.
• How to cope with life without your spouse.
• Why it won’t always hurt this much.
This event will be held at St. Mary Church in the white Commons Building.
