Description: Teens in grades 6–12 are invited to participate in a hands-on music program created in collaboration with DC The Foodie. Over four Wednesday sessions, participants will work together to create an original Rec Center anthem and music video. Youth can sing, rap, write lyrics, dance, learn about music video production, help develop the video concept, and participate in filming. Whether interested in performing, writing, working behind the scenes, or simply being part of the music video, there is an opportunity for everyone to contribute. Registration is required at the Marion Family YMCA or Rec Center, and a permission slip must be completed and returned by October 27.
