Christmas in the Village of Caledonia

Friends of Caledonia 501c3, a non-profit organization, is bringing “Christmas in the Village” to the Square of Caledonia and around the Village of Caledonia on December 9, 2023, from 3:00-8:00 pm. Come pet live reindeer and take pictures with Santa & Mrs. Claus or The Grinch.  There will be free firetruck or horse/ wagon rides as well!  Visit the letter station to write Santa a letter and place it in his special mailbox.  Grab a coloring contest paper and scavenger hunt paper and travel around the Village to gather answers and play games to win prizes.  Visit the beautiful light-up Caledonia Methodist Church and while you are there, listen to Christmas carols, munch on some cookies, sip hot chocolate,  or see live performances. Once the scavenger hunt paper is completed, drop it off at the letter station to receive a prize and be entered into a coloring contest. Papers must be turned in by 6pm! Winners will be announced and Santa and Mrs.Claus will award prizes at 6:30pm at the Outdoor Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony! Tim Mooney will also be awarding the Top 6 Christmas Home Lighting Winners! Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus in the old Caledonia library where every child will receive a gift.  Feel free to take a picture with your camera or have the on-site professional photographer take a special digital backdrop picture!
