Description: Enjoy Chair Yoga at 11 am on Fridays! Instructor Tracy Pryor has been teaching yoga since 2007 and holds many certifications through YogaFit. This class can be adapted to all skill levels. Yoga over time improves mental focus, increases flexibility, and fosters a greater sense of wellness. Recommended donation to cover the costs of our creative ministries is $10, but pay as you are able.
