Marion Women’s Club & Home

This beautiful and stately home, originally owned by Shauck Barlow and Ida Barlow, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and marked by an Ohio Historical Marker. It preserves a rich history of the women who have served and shaped the Marion community.

The Marion Women’s Club offers tours by appointment from March through November. An attached auditorium is available for group rentals, making the property a versatile space for meetings and events.

In October 2025, the Club opened its Women’s History Resource Center, transforming the original carriage house into a user-friendly facility with a conference room and Club office on the first floor, and archival resources on the second.
