Description: This Tuesday, June 9, at the Caledonia Farmers Market at the Marion Family YMCA, the vendors will have a variety of products. There will be vegetable and herb plants, a huge variety of baked goods, strawberries, peaches, lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, green peppers, jams & jellies, hanging baskets, maple syrup, garlic, meat, fishing lures, and crafts. A new vendor named Fizz Factory, LLC will join us this week. They have dirty soda drinks. So, give them a try.

In addition, one of our vendors is bringing pasture-raised pork and chicken. Busy Bees Farm Market is offering different cuts of pork, whole chickens, boneless skinless chicken breast, thighs, drumsticks, and wings.
Busy Bees Farms has been a vendor for the last 3 years at the Marion Family YMCA market. They have their own roadside farm stand in Morrow County and also set up at the Delaware Farmers Market.
“Busy Bees Farm Market was established in 2024 as a way to provide the community with healthy food options at an affordable cost. As a large family, we understand the burden of the high costs to feed quality and nutritious food to our family and decided it was time to grow and raise our own food. From multiple gardens to our bees, poultry, rabbits, and pork, we take great pride in the quality we are providing our family and feel confident in feeding it to yours as well. In addition to fresh seasonal produce and farm-fresh eggs, we also provide many homemade products such as goat milk soap, candles and wax cubes, granola, cake mixes, pancake mixes, loose leaf teas, and dip mixes.”
There will be $2 wooden coins for all kids who attend the market. Just stop at the Market Manager’s table to pick one up. Or if you came to Healthy Kids Day at the Marion Family YMCA and got a $2 coin, you can spend it at the market any day it’s open.
